On 09/02 I was booking air tickets of JET AIRWAYS for me & my family members through " make my trip.com " while booking tickets the transection was not complete as informed to me the ccavenue executive Mr. ROHIT and informed that my amount will will be refunded within three four days but till date it is seven days have past but I am in no reciept of any Refund into my account from which the amount Rs. 17, 742.00 was debited on dt. 09/02. Earlier also I have written to ccavenue but no communication from them is recieved from them till date. The transection ID provided to me were FLT00009640562 & FLT00009640762. Please look into the matter and inform me accordingly.
