Case of cheating against custome

This is with refernce to Jet Airways

I have booked Jet Airways Flight through Yatra from Mumbai to Amritsar on 11 January. The flight timings were as follows:

From Mumbai to Delhi (11:05 AM - 1:05 PM)

From Delhi to Amritsar (1:50 PM- 2:50 PM)

But due to some reasons, the flight got delayed and it arrived at Delhi Airport by 1:50 PM.By the time the flight arrived at Delhi, my flight from delhi to amritsar had already left..

Huge inconvenience was caused, also Jet Airways authority also misbehaved and no customer support was provided at their end

I was promised refund amount, but still 40 days has passed no money is credit in my account
