My name is Santosh Gaikwad, I have a LPG gas connection Consumer no. 14881of Bharat Gas with Jwalaji Gas Agency at Narendra Nagar square at Nagpur. At the time of every refilling the gas cylinder, we have to go to the gas agency only. Because the land line numbers (only two lines) which are given are either not recieve or engaged. Your booking is possible only when you go to the agency office. I book my number for refill a cylinder on 29/05 in agency office. But as usual my number is in waiting for 5 to 6 days. I waited for it till 8/05. But there is no delivery of gas cylinder. So I went to agency office for inquiry regarding this issue. At agency office their representative told me that the delivery boy returned without delivering the cylinder at my given address on 02/06 for the reason of House Lock. But I told him that we were at home all time on that day. But he rudely behaved. and trying to convince me how only his feedback is correct. Given me some "Galies" like Maa ki / Bahen Ki. I said when I go Out from home there is a security guard at home, if delivery boy came at my residence then why he had not left any memo/receipt of his visit to guard or on gate, so that I come to the agency office for gas cylinder. As per them, once if you book the number for refilling the cylinder you must have to stay at home all the time & you cant go anywhere. Because there delivery boy visit any party only once. I said you had not given any fix date for delivery then how we know when you come for delivery. Now he said me that you have to again book your number in fresh & again wait for next 5 to 6 days for delivery.
So I am asking to forum that whether there are any specific rules and regulations for agency regarding this issue. If I want to teach a lesson to agency legally, what should I do or where should I go
