No response on phone and behavior not supportive

Hi,

Our customer number is 39578 and booked on Saroj Gupta's name. We never get Gas celender on time and when we call on agency support number they never picked phone. K2 International agency is too far from our home and everytime we have to visit their and booked our number. When we visit their, there behavior towards customer is also not supportive at all.kindly take some action so, we dont have visit every time their.
