Hi, i am an illfated owner of ur stupid car figo.a complaint cannot be rectified even after leaving the car for service couple of times.each time we tell the complaint, the attending personal easily tell come and give the car at the service centre next day, as if it is soo easy as the say.and on top customer satisfaction survey is taken by a group of jobless people in chennai, dont know y this survey is taken, for they dont bother to get back to the customer.a major complaint days after delivery of the car, still not over.they had promised me to get back to mein a months time from R and D department.its more than a year, but still no one responded.it is better the for closes down its factory and sales in india and start a tractor factory.that will work for them well.good luck
