Rude Behaviour of dealer.distributors/staff/ddeliverymen

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have discuss about my request i.e delivery gas on Sunday to my Distributor M/s. KANCHAN FLAME (13949200). They said on any Sunday, because that day is holiday.

Me and may family both are service holder. So.what can I do for this? Please solve about my problem.
