NEVER DELEVER THE GAS CYLIENDER ON TIME

Dear sir,

I booked a cylinder on 27-12 but till now the cylinder is not given by the dealer. I booked my cylinder at Kanpur Gas Agency, distributer of Indian oil corporation ltd., Sekhawat building, 25/7 kanpur.- 208001. My consumer no. is 29406. dealer never given me cylinder on time since 1 year.please take action on it either i will go to consumer forum with in a week..
