Karbonn Mobiles
No battery back up from first day of purchase k 217

I have purchased the karbonn mobile k-217 on 30-09... i have charged the battery completely... but on 01-10 the charge was completely nill (zero)..

i reported this matter to the dealer (VR ENTERPRISES, #24/1, SHARADA PARADISE COMPLEX, NS ROAD, MYSORE-570001 ph:0821-4289998)..but he told me to go for the service... why should we go for the service?.this is really mannerless...

i need the replacement for my k-217... please co-operate
