Defect in Engine

My car developed defect within one month of purchase. The yellow indicator starts glowing at 60KMs or higher and buzzer statrs ringing. The accelerator stops functioning. The indicatosr becoms red after few seconds. The date of purchase is 21.7.09 from Raj Motors, Rohtak. The chasis no. is MAT6122219YE01213.
