Kashi gas agencies-Indane gas dealer
Non-booking of gas

I have a gas connection since year 2000 and it was bought through Kashi gas Agencies, a dealer of Indane Gas Agencies. Now for the past two months my booking of cylinders has been blocked. When I enquired about that I wasa asked to submit address proof & photocopy of Gas papers. I did the same and afterwards I was informed that the connection i am having was given by their sister concern and due to software problem (Blaze software) during data transfer my consumer no. does not exist and i was informed that I have to get a new connection for further bookings
