for shifting of my house holds to Bangalore
every thing was right till they collected all house holdsa nd 75 % of the shifting charges
after 10 days (10th april) the truck with all house holds reached to my home at bangalore and i asked the guys to arrange th house hold but they clearly told that it dosnot comes in thier service while at the time i disscussed with Mr. Vinod he told... that all house hold would be kept inside of yr aprtment
in such situation i was forced to pay them 300 rupees extra to unload all items... moreover the truck driver also asked me to pay rest 25 % amount even before stasrting to unload all items
i told them that in case ethere is some item is missing then who will be responsible??
however i paid the rest amount and after unload of all items i found there was TV set was broken, washing machine also got damaged, 2 of my chairs and one bag full of my cloths were missing... instantly i called Vinod and he assured me that for the chairs (as i had a picture of loaded truck with chairs when it started from panchkula) he will pay me 700 INR agains of losses and other thing he dont know...
after asking many time to he didnot replied properly and lost items worth > 10000 /- ...
i requested him to search the items but there was no response at all... finally i fade up and just got calm down as didnot find any way...
after some time i cam eto know from one mof my frined about this forum... and posting the complaint on it
