Poor explanation of charges & delay in delivery

Myself dr lingayat given my car no MH20AG5520 on 30/o1 for accedental repair under maruti insurance. local manager & his assistant inspect my car& decide to repair. They given estimate of 15000 to 18000 rupees for repair apart from insurance& promise me for delivery within 2 to 3 weeks. On 12/03 car was ready for delivery with delay of 3 weeks & given me bill of 35000rupees which was double than estimated amount. About this increase amount they did not inform me till delivery time. Inbetween 30/01 to 12/03 I was regurarly contacting to automotive regarding fast delivery but they were not positive & even not informed me about excess charges. As a doctor i have to visit no of hospital for surgereis, but as i dont get my car intime it was huge financial loss to me. I explained about this to local incharge but they were not listening thats why i have not taken delivery of my car. i am regural customer of maruti automotive so i request u to solve my problem, am ready to pay origenal estimated amount of 15000
