Recently I shifted my house hold goods from Greater Noida to bangalore. Due to my bad luck I come in contact with Ajay. These people are fraud and and lie for many things.
They told me that they have proper office in Bangalore. After I reach here at bangalore I found that they dont have any office in any part of India except Delhi (but they are writting in their broucher that they have office in many place of India). They picked my luggage and gave it to some unknown packer and movers, they transported my luggage to bangalore with 3 other people's luggage and mixed everything their itself at Delhi. This second person again gave our luggage to third person in bangalore and finally this third person dropped the luggage at our home with many things broken and 40% luggage is lost (which includes TV, Dining Table, Double Bed, Fridge, Food processor etc etc... list is very long).
Ajay took 3000/- for insurance from me (for 1, 00, 000/- value of luggage) which should cover any damage of material on road accident and any loss of material during shifting. But he gave me the policy of Rs 500/- only which covers only damage of material on road accident. (Premium value was not written in that policy). I missed my so many luggage but can't file insurance claim.
Also Ajay told me that balance 10000/- will have to pay after delivery but just before delivery they called me and asked for full payment, and said, "without full balance payment we will not deliver anything." They told me, "You will loss all everything if you dont pay". They troubled me full day and finally after getting frustated I paid the full balance to get my luggage.
Even this P&M is not cheap, they are keeping their cost higher than some other standard packers and movers, so that people will think, "they are taking this much so they will definetly give the good service." But this is not what you will get finally. They says that they are south Indian company but it is completly miss-guiding things, I searched they are 100% north Indian company.
It was the worst experience of my life. Please do check before giving anything to any unknown packers and movers or go with the well known P&M only, they will cost you little bit high but finally you will get the piece of life.
Please do check following before giving anything to any unknown packers and movers:
1. Ask for landline no. of packers and movers office at destination. Call them in different days (2-3 times) and ask for the confirmation.
2. Do check the insurance policy. It must cover road accident missing luggage.
3. Take the written note with signature that balanced will be paid after getting all luggage at destination.
