I am working in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd. and just bought a Santro Eco GLS from your authorized Dealer Khanna Hyundai Kanpur and so far my experience is not at all satisfactory. I have faced several problems at every stage while buying the car. I have cooperated with them a lot but now its too much and as I am not able to bear it at all so I am complaining against them. I am listing down all the problems for your reference kindly do the needful.
1. Ms Brajendra Singh Rathore "Sr. Sales Executive (UP Country)" was appointed a representative to sell the car to me. I booked the car on 18/01 and he promised me to deliver the car within a week but after several follow ups some how I could get it on 08/02.Until I bought the car he entertained my every little query but after buying the car his behavior is drastically.
2. Before buying the car he gave some offers to me in written but when I transferred the amount in their account he denied the offers. He offered that he will give remote central locking for free but on the day he denied it at all. He said that either he will give central locking or the corporate discount as I am eligible for that but the amount had been transferred to the account so I did not oppose too much and paid for the central locking. I thought I am buying a new car so I should not make an issue on that.
3. I bought the car on 08/02 and after several telephonic conversation Mr. Brajendra gave me the registration form on 12/02 (Friday) evening so I personally went to Lucknow to get it approved by Regional Manager Lucknow (as hypothecation of HPCL was required) and returned the same on 15/02 morning for that I had to take leave from my office. After that on 18/02 when I called him to ask about the status the RC he asked for the my original LIC policy, I gave him the original LIC Policy on the same day and after doing so much effort when I went for my RC he is asking for 1100 Rs as late fees and the delay was not at all from my end. He is not even giving me receipt of that late fees.
Mr. Brajendra is not at all receiving my call and nobody at khanna hyundai is entertaining my problem everyone is just saying that only Mr. Brajendra will sort out the problem. Nobody is willing to take the responsibility and Mr. Brajendra does not even care as car has been sold.
I waited for 2 hours yesterday evening and he did not do any thing. Today also I waited for 2.5 hours in the morning and he did not even come to show room. Whenever I called him either he did not receive the call or he said that he is just coming but he did not come.
I am extremely extremely dissatisfied with the behavior and services of Mr. Brajendra and the whole team of Khanna Hyundai. Its a humble request of a customer kindly take the matter seriously and do the needful.
