Non-Delivery of the EECO

Sir,

I booked the EECO vehicle on 22.01.2010 for Rs.10, 000/-. And I have paid thebalance full amount on 09.02.2010 for Rs.3, 06, 980/-. But I have not yet received the car. Now the dealers send one letter for me the rate was increased by 2% .

So, I request you kindly arange the delivery of the car for me immediately and also request you give me at old rate.
