Khosla honda ROURKELA, ODISHA/honda shine
Not getting T.R.(temporary registration) certificate intime

Dear sir

I have purchased a honda shine M/C on 1.6.11 from khosla honda, Rourkela of ODISHA. I was forced for temporary registration for the new vehicle. For this reason I have paid Rs250/- and I was assured T.R. certificate will be given within 2 days. Though 3 days have been passed, There is no response from dealer side. Even if Mobile ring calls are not being attended also. Registration of vehicle is to be done within 7 days of purchase otherwise I have to pay the fine.

please take it seriously and necessary action from your end is solicited.
