Running in perfect condition was sent for servicing on 03 May at the service centre located close to 100 feet road near Laxman Shruti musical Shop about 1 km short of Vadapalani.
At the time of filling the job card it was categorically told that no oil change to be done. wheel rotation, battery elecrolyte check up to be carried out besides other maintenance.
I was assured that the scoter can be taken delivery duly serviced at 1800 Hrs same day
Complaint :
1. Vehicle delivered only at 19.45hrs.
2. Oil was changed despite clear instructions causing avoidable extra eexpenditure.
3. Horn switch wsa checked in the morning, but in the evening, i was informed that the switch is sticky and was changed and charged for it.
4.Next day morning the scooter failed to start.
5. When it starts after several kicks-starts, on increase of throttle the engine stops.
6. It takes long time before the throttle can be raised to make to scooter self propel forward.
7 sometimes the kick-star slips as it the fly wheel is not getting engaged.

Non-of these problems existed prior to servicing

Remedy sought:
Kindly arrange to refung the entire amount Rs 551/- as there has been inconvenience and problem created by the servicing staff of this centre.

I maybe informed where i must take up this case of negligent servicing by an authorised service centre, in the event of this complaint not resolved to the satisfation of the customer.
