DELIVERED OLD VEHICLE-NOT PROVIDED RC BOOK& REGN NUMBER

Sir,

I am Physically Handicapped working @ SBI Neyveli.

I booked Three Wheeler Bike (Specially designed for Physically Handicapped) on 31st oct and paid full amount through Draft. I received Vehicle only during Feb.

Till date i have not received RC Book, Registration Number & any other records regarding the vehicle.

The vehicle is in very poor condition and i am suffering a lot. i have also spent a lot. i have recently changed the battery. the wheel alignment is not good. shock absorbers not working thereby there is jerking while driving.

i want replacement of vehicle or refund of my amount of Rs.40000/-

i have already submitted a complaint on 13/12/09. complaint no.7613/2 but no response.
