In spite of repeated mails and calls, i am yet to receive the communication from the Kingfisher Airlines Ltd to settle our long pending dues.
After using my 23 nos Luxury vehicle's at NSCBI Airport, Kolkata, I have been deprive the due payment which is legitimate, and Kingfisher Airlines Ltd not paying the dues since long.
Over and above, under the instruction of Sri Rajib Suri CAO of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, I had purchased 5 nos of additional car for the Airlines service whose EMI'S are now a burden on me.
Kingfisher Airlines Ltd are not paying me the monthly rental since long and indirectly forcing me to shut down my business at Kolkata.
One employee of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd, Sri Brijesh Pandey (Admin Head of Kolkata Airport) demanded me Rs 50000/= as bribe, which I refused to entertain, there after they are after us to destroy my business along with other officials of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. This matter also conveyed almost all the responsible key post executive of KFA / UB Group, but no result so far.
Now a days the owner group of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd / UB Group are in dilemma and busy with obtaining bulk loan from different means and other ways some of corrupt official / executive are trying to expertise the employee / executive not to pay the vendors due by showing different excuse.
With this appeal I once again urge upon the official / Executive of Kingfisher Airlines Ltd / UB Group to settle the issue once for all and allow the matter to rest, otherwise I shall have no option left to approach legal relief against this injustice.
