Change Of Class and Aircraft

It was a horrifying experience I was travelling on King Fisher Class ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on this horrifying Night of Feb the 10th 2011 and on boarding after flight delay at 1115 pm we came to know the flight was instead a RED Low Cost Carrier Aircraft. This was with cramped leg space and sitting and we were forced to travel sitting upright after a tiring day of work in Mumbai.

When we asked staff to call the Airport Manager or some senior Staff they threatened us by calling more security and blatantly refused to call the Airport Manager. It was real agonizing moments I went through at midnight. Then finally we managed to put a call ourselves to the Manager concerned and called Mr Darwin Dsouza. He requested us to board the flight and send a mail to The authority as well with grievance.

I suffered not only mental agony and harassment but also physically landed in a bad shape with my body taking toil for sitting 2 and ½ hours in upright position and had spasms in my spine.

I look forward to your reply at earliest regarding the above where not only KING FISHER CHEATED US BUT TREATED US IN MOST PATHETIC MANNER.
