Deniyed Boarding even reaching in Time

In spite of being one 50 minutes prior to our Amritsar flight on 03th March me and my family of two members were not allowed to board the flight saying that we were late, by Kingfisher Red airlines. We were unnecessarily made to wait thereby delaying us further and later claiming that they have closed the counter. This is a clear case of over booking and cheating done by Kingfisher Red airlines which claims to give good service but in true sense follows unethical business mehtods. This kind of disgraceful event shows airline do not bother about customer. We all the way came from Goa to Delhi to visit famous shrine we have not only cancelled all connected services but we have to force to stay in Delhi which was quite expensive.

The most ridiculous and annoying thing was that the kingfisher member took the ticket print out from us and our id proof then she informed us that ‘You won’t get a boarding pass now”. We were asked to talk to the supervisor who was helpless cutting sorry figure because he was dealing with other passenger with similar complaint. We told them we would like to talk to some senior official however supervisor was not able to give any solution.

On enquiry my experience was extremely horrible! she was not at all paying any attention to our concern and went on doing other work. We were not given any cogent reason because of which we were denied boarding.

We were mentally harassed and advised to cancel immediately our booking otherwise we will not get any refund. Later on we realized on our cancellation air line making business. No one even a single attempt was made to accommodate us in some other kingfisher flight and instead we were asked to go out, cancel our ticket and try for some other airlines..

Is this the hospitality that Kingfisher Red Airlines promises its customers? We would like to raise this concern even to Serve serva Hon’ Vijay Mallya and we want an explanation and suitable compensation to it. Air line didn’t allow us to board the flight they should have made some other arrangement for us which they didn’t and our ticket was cancelled by making us to call on call center sharp at that time when the flight departed.

Kingfisher will surely bring down the reputation of the airlines. These are good techniques to gain profit but will not last long and will give a severe blow to the airlines soon. There are many such cases where Passengers are not allowed to board flight even one hr prior to their departure. Such cases are coming across only with Kingfisher red airlines for which they will have to a pay heavy price some day. The staff of Kingfisher red is not only inefficient and slow in their work but also very shrewd in holding back their passengers deliberately and thereby denying in giving their boarding pass. In case if we do not get reasonable compensation and satisfactory assurance we will try our level best to educate passengers the benefits of travel by King Fisher Red through social communications.
