We had purchase one Skoda laura 1.9 T.D. 1 (Engine number BJB208058 FRAME No. TMBBSE1Z58A152875) from Sai Auto Mobiles, Delhi Undu their Invoice No.

We regret to say that the Car started to give problems from the date of its purchase. We give below the details of the Problems for your most immediate attention.
Horn- The horn was Stoped working after few days of purchase. We have visited Sai
Auto W/s for 5 to 8 times to get it checked and they always told the part is not
in their stock as it has to come from AURNGABAD but saying some hard
words to them, they replaced it.
C.D. Changer- it was also found to be defective after some days from the date of purchase.
For this also we had to visit Sai Auto Mobiles for 8-10 times and then the
replaced it but with very heavy heart.
Missing- In Sep.2009 we observed that the Car started missing. On checking the Car on
7-09-09, 09-09-09, 11-09-09 and 17-09-09 the Sai Auto Mobile Engineers could
locate fault (our Car remained with them for full 4 days for checking). We took
delivery of its Car on 21-09-09 after repair for which they did charge
Rs.46150/= vide Invoice No. R11-905604WS Dt : 21-09-09.
But again on 23-09-09 we sent the Car with the same problem. And the Car is
having the same problem till date. we are sending the Car to them regularly (for
about 10 to15 time) but of no avail. We sent the Car on 2-12-09 when they
asked us to accord our consent for checking the flywheel.(photocopies of all
paper atteched)
We are at the sea as to what we should do in these circumstances. Moreover your
dealer. Sai Auto Mobiles is not behaving in a good manner. They want to make
money each and every time. They are not using genuine SKODA parts as we
understand from other Customers. They are spoiling SKODA name & Image.
The matter is very serious and needs your immediate intervention in the matter so that we may get our Car repaired to our satisfaction.
