Delay of Baggage Claim

Recently I traveled to Venice rome via Turkish Airline. I had a connection in Istanbul where they lost my bags. I was travelling for a 3 day business tour and on arrival i was told they couldnt find my baggage. So i had to go out and buy everything from toiletries to clothes, overall i spent Euro 600 for these items. Also the bag contained important documents that i needed for my meetings in those three days. Thus I had to postpone my meetings to a later date as without those papers i couldnt do my work. The bag was delivered to me on the end of my second day. On filling a claim with the airline they have settled it for Euro 200 which doesnt even cover my expenses.

I am looking for a redresal of Euro 1600 to cover my costs, the cost of my future trip and the physical and mental hardhsip caused due to this event.

I am not sure if redressal would be provided here or I will be guided to the proper avenue for speedy redressal.
