The product of 145/70 R 12 FI STEEL BT serial no N1209 tyre had been purchased with the car of Maruti 800 AC and found crack in mid of the trye. I have submitted the same on 21/1 and my complain no is NGPC6460C. But there is no any infromation had been forwarded in this regard by ceat company and i am running my vechile without stepany/sustitute. kindly replace my tyre immediately and inform me on my email id.
