About the registration of my new Ca

Dear Sir / Madam,

1. I have puchased a new Hyundai i20 on 01.04.2011 & taken the delivery of the same on 04.04.2011 from the dealer Named Kothari Hyundai Cars Pvt. Ltd, S/at: Tilak Road, Pune.

2. Before that, I have booked 'PAID CHOICE NUMBER' at PUNE RTO by paying their AMT of Rs. 5000/-, of which the validity would have been expaired on 03.04.2011.

3. As per the time to time discussion with Mr. Roshan Ghaware - Sales Executive, he promised & commited me that he will manage my invoice of New car & Registration procedure on 01.04.2011. so that my 'PAID CHOICE NUMBER' will be in force, at the time of Delivery. So I handed the, receipt of 'PAID CHOICE NUMBER', over to him along with my all necessary documents. For which He assured me that his dealer never hands over the delivery of new car to customer without the complition of RTO norms like passing & registration of New vehicle.

4. On 06.04.11. before making the new number plate to my car, I asked the Sale executive and confirmed on cell that... should I make my New Number Plate? if all the procedures & norms of RTO are completed?. He reply - Ohh surely sir... that procedure is completed and you can make new number plate..

5.Now on 20.04.11. he called me on my cell & ask me that my 'PAID CHOICE NUMBER' is now no more with me as he Submitted all my documents for registration on 05.04.11 to RTO pune. and the expairy date of that number was 03.04.11. So he requested me again to go to RTO pune to re- choose another or Same number at my cost.

NOW THE PROBLEM STARTS HERE AND MY POINT ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Why should I pay the cost of new 'PAID CHOICE NUMBER' as it was dealer's responcibility to complete all the procedure on 01.04.2011. The cost of the same should be bared by dealer only.

2. If they, the Sales Executive & Dealer, are now refuging their responcibility of Passing & registration... Why they charged the registration fees to customer's?...Why they delivered me the new car on 04.04.2011. without fullfilling the RTO norms i.e. before Passing & registration?...What Happened to their delivery policy & RTO norms?... that was their duty to complete the RTO procedure before the delivery date?

3. Now the Senior Sale Executive Mr. Sagar - the immidiate bass of Roshan - Sales Executive. is asking me to settel my issue with ROSHAN only, because according to him he is helpless in this matter... and ask me to recover my loss from that Roshan directly... as he wrongly commited you... not our dealer..

4.Now I can't understand that who is responcible for the commitments made by their Sales Executive..? Is'nt the dealer has its final responcibility..? Is it the right way dealing of Hyundai Car dealer..? Is their any genuanity shown by dealer..? is this their common practice...?

Hence i request you to pl look into the matter urgently and arrange for the losses i occured during the process as early as possible.
