Bad service and vehicle starting problem

I purchased a Honda Activa from Kothari wheels in Feb. The very second day I had starting problem.

I was told that the problem will reduce over time as the usage is increased. Since the engine is new it may be taking some time but with use the vehicle will not give any problems. Over the period I had intermittent problems. But now for the past 6 months I have a terrible time starting the vehicle in the morning when I am in a rush to drop kids to school. I have to use the kick start as it never starts with the battery. At every service appointment I made sure I had complained about the issue but never really got the issue sorted completely. I paid a hefty bill during a paid service in Aug got the kick gear changed, battery charged etc. Problem still remained. Yesterday I reached a point when I was starting the vehicle as usual with kick and the kick got locked and now I cannot use the vehicle at all. None of the telephone numbers except one out of SIX on the Kothari wheels bill exist. One worked and after 6-7 tries I got through to talk to the service head who promised to collect the vehicle and get fixed. But only turned up to tell me that the workshop was closed and will reopen only a week later when the vehicle will be fixed. I am without my activa and it is a tough time. I am disgusted with the quality of product and also service offered by KOTHARI WHEELS.
