Non submission of pre inspection repoo

My self Anil Joshi, made an insurance of my Wagon-R No MH 14 AV 6029 From K P Automobile Ltd Mansarowar Jaipur on 16.01.2009.

My car was got stolen on 04.07.2009 from my house at Jaipur. I sumitted my claim and formalties at insurance co. But due to non submission of preinspection Report / Photos (as the insurance is a break insurance) my claim is not entertained by the insurance co.

After a repeated call to their Insurance representative Mr khanahiya mahawar he has not submitted the same even after 6 month of the theft of the car.

Please instruct the company to submit the report so that my claim can by settle down soon.
