NO CHECKUP IN FREE CHECKUP CAMP

DEAR SIR OR MADAM:

I HAPPEN TO ATTEND THE MARUTI MEGA FREE CHECKUP CAMP OF KTL TODAY, 28th Aug.

I want to make the following:

1. car was washed but I do not know why dashboard and all interior was filled with dust?

2. I was shocked to see the job required to be done list, it reads: PAID SERVICE, Brock cap (unclear!), and TOTAL BODY. I was expecting that my car will be inspected thoroughly so that i come back or its repair/improvement.

My request to you Sir, please ask your engineers/staff to check the cars in a check-up camp at least. How can they detect the fault "PAID SERVICE" or "TOTAL BODY" without inspecting the Car?

If you want, I can provide you with the white KTL Workshop paper mentioning "job required to be done " mentioning the engg. name and mobile No.

I sincerely hope that you look into the matter.
