We traveled in udhampur special 0433-34.AC 2 tier.there was nothing like 2 nd class ac it was like a general.there were no full curtains.we traveled from new delhi to jammu and jammu to delhi.

TRAIN DATE:22nd aug and 25th aug.
1] from Jammu to Delhi the train didnt even stop for 5 minutes and most of passengers were left.
2]reading lights were not working and most of them were without bulbs.
3]there were a lot of insects, lizards, mosquitoes and cockroaches.
4]the stinking smell of toilets were coming to our coach
5 ]the toilets were very dirty and there was shortage of water.
6]the hawkers and staff were smoking inside the coach
7]the sheets and towels provided to us were dirty.
we want our answer and 50 % refund otherwise we will go to consumer coat
