I gave my car for some claim work on 5th January. They told they will deliver on 11th. But later postponed to 12th and 13th. I requested them to deliver the car at my workplace as I used to get my office work finished well after their closing time. They did not oblige. When I pressed on they asked for charges to deliver the car. Finally when I went there I asked about the delivery charges. I was told that Tata Motors is insisting on such charges for delivery of cars which are old beyond a specified period of time, say, 2 years. I feel this very humiliating and discriminatory. Please take necessary steps to reach whoever appropriate and inform me of the outcome.
