This is to inform you that I have booked a fiat pundo on 16/12 at kuluthunkal motors Kottayam by paying Rs 5000.unfortunately I had cancelled my booking on 14/01, since the sales officer Mr. Sam’s approach and dealings were not comfortable as a customer. I have approached him various times asking about my refund, But concerned officer Mr. Sam is not willing to repay the money back. If I do not get a reply within 5 days. Kindly do the needful.
