I had booked Hyundai i10 with Kundan motors at CHINCHWAD showroom on the condition that if my loan is not approved that they will return the entire sum of booking amount. Their sales executive Mr Jaishankar gave me verbal assurance for this.
The loan application was processed by finance department of kudnan motors itself. Due to certain reason the loan amount required was not sanctioned instead a meager partial amount was sanctioned which was not sufficient.
I requested for return of my booking amount for which they say it's cancellation charges (Rs 5000).
I am planning to register a case with consumer court and also ask for compensation for mental harassment.
