My name is Soumava Bhattacharyya, my company name is Adroit Trading. We are based in kolkata. We generally deal in core minerals like iron ore, coal and others. Like that I have some requirement for non coking coal at Haldia port in Kolkata. Like that I have a supplier for the particular goods. The seller's name is "Kyori Oremin Limited, 4th floor, My Home Jupally, Green Lands, Ameerpet, Hyderabad - 500 016. Andhra Pradesh, India". I contacted the person called Mr. Vijay Patel (I got the number from the company website). After discussing my requirement with him he forward a number and the person name is Mr. Ajay Gupta (May be the marketing officer). After having a lots of telephonic discussion with him he gave me his in charge's number (Haldia port) Mr. Anupam/Anubhav.
As per his official mail I make a demand draft worth Rs of 1, 87, 500 INR on the favor of "Kyori oremin Ltd, payable at Hyderabad" (Please see the attachment) on 14/10 and send it to Mr. Ajay Patel and Anupam/Anubav. As per his discussion for last 5/6 days we wait with the DD but didn't recieve the dispatch order from them. In the mean time another person called Mr. Manav come in light (Anupam told me he is operation head of the company). Again discussion going and every day they are asking for 1/2 days for the dispatch order and one requested to call others to get update. But today when we told them that we are going to cancel the demand draft. I got reply from Mr. Ajay Gupta that he is not interested to deal like us (small traders) and he is big company. If it's like that then they should told me first we never hide anything to them. I strictly don't know what kind of professionalism is that!!!
So, tell me what to do??? I spend my precious time and per day phone bill to call these guys repeatedly and also the demand draft charge (we are a SMALL traders so single money is important). Beware these kind of companies and persons.
