Laxmi motors
False assurance

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had given my bike TN20 BW 5366 for service at Laxmi motors, poonamallee, chennai. They had given me 1 day delivery time but even after 4 days they have not delivered it. If they had told it will take 4-5 days i would not have given it to them. They also charge parking charges for each day. Their delay affected my office work as i have to take leave for 2 days. They had given all false reasons for the delay and are not customer friendly. Please advice what can i do
