Non refund of my cancelled ticket

I have cancelled my air india booking ref (pnr)-jz7w4 on 15th jan. I was told that your amount will be credited back within one week. I have lodged several complaints on ecommerce@airindia. In but no response from their side. I have booked the tickets :-

I have spoken to the air india authorities also but they have given me almost the same reply. I have not received any intimation from their side nor any refund. Pl take the necessary action.
