Irresponsible behaviour and bad service

I had to send some personal goods to france and some pesonal goods to chennai.

The Leo International packers didnt know the formalities for international parcel. Their service was overall poor. Once they get the goods, they demand more money, and even threaten that delivery will not happen unless you pay.

THey behave as though they dont understand english.

VERY FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE.
