I am jagdish Prasad Shukla We had taken a loan Tata finance aggarwal motors satna Madhya Pradesh
Contract no is-60023 vehicle no is MP-19HA-0549 form Tata finance 2007.
Due to EMI bounce the vehicle was recovered by your collections agency on 20/07
we had paid our dues and i have received the releasing order 17/11 but while taking the
delivery of the vehicle we have noticed that vehicle our gear box has been changed. All the tiers are changed. Body cover and engine parts are also missing.
WE have refused to take the delivery of the vehicle and if the same is not certified within 7
days, we shall be lodging a FIR against TATA Finance & the collection agency.
Kindly explain the reason for this Lapse & theft and please deliver the vehicle in the
condition it was handed over to the collection agency.
In the absence of a reply within 24 hours we will sending a legal notice to you through our lawyer
