Resp Sir,

First of all, let me congratulate Indian Railway to provide best service to passengers in India.

I would also like to bring following fact and incidence happenned with me. I was travelling from Ernakulam Junction to Thrissur at 4.30 pm by Excecutive (Ernakulam-Kannur) on 20 th February. The TTE of the train, Mr., Balakrishnan N.R, TTE, Kannur took Rs:15/- from me as a curruption money and did not make any official receipt of it. I requested Balakrishnan N.R, TTE, to make official receipt of it. But, he did not issue any receipt for this amount. He told me to sit on a seat in the other unreserved compartment. I went to that compartment and asked to stand a lady sitting on the seat. She told me that it was an unrserved compartment. I realised the fact and went to the TTE. He was doing the same thing to so many passengers.By seeing that on introducing myself as a Liaison Officer of Hon. High Court of Kerala, I asked him to make reciept and said this matter to all passengers travelling in the train. Then he maid recipt and gave another seat no 108 vide receipt no. C 169285 in the same compartment (D1) for me. On reaching Thrissur station, I immediately called Railway Protection Force Sub Inspector Mr. Sivadasan, Thrissur to lodge the complaint for this curruption and loss to Indian Railway.

I am bringing this matter in your notice to take appropriate actions in this matter and do the needful. Sir, If such incidence happen to a Liaison Officer and an educated Govt Epmployee, what must be the condition of other India Citizens??? Such refusal of TTE to issue any receipt of money, makes huge losses to Indian Railway.

I look forward for your reply on this matter.

With best regards,

Sincerely Yours,

Vinod Kumar N. Liaison Officer of Hon. High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam Cell number : 9847221162. email: [email protected]
