Delay in delivery

I made booking on 8-2-11 at booking no. 426 with Gulab Gas service, LIC colony Vaishali nagar ajmer.

Supply has not come yet. When I asked telephonically they say that booking has been cancelled. Although I did not do so.

They always make such excuses. Supply is not prompt and in time.
