Gas deliver problem

My gas agency is Paradise Enterprise Gas Sher Afghan Baradari, Ballimaran, Chandni Chownk

I have booked my gas on 10 Aug but the gas cylinder have not receive till now. The Paradise agency is very poor for deliver the gas. I think the agency worker supply the gas in black.

I request you please check them and solve the problem.
