My name is Suresh Chand Jain. My consumer No. is 563906, S.V. No.3011091. I am serviced by Moti Gas Service, Etah. I had booked home-delivery refill on 7th December at their serial No.328. I was ensured that the cylinder will be delivered latest by 15th December. Thereafter, I have contacted them in person/through telephone, but the same has not been delivered so far; every time, their routine reply is "GAS AANEWALI HAI. 2 - 3 DIN MEY AAPKE GHEAR BHEJ DENGE;. Unofrtunately, these 2 - 3 days have never come.. My e-mail ID is [email protected]
