Delay to delivery

Dear Sirs,

I am very glade to inform you that we face the process of non deliver riffled cylinder on time. our agency is Anand Gas Services at Badarpur, they never deliver the cylinder on time.

I booked my cylinder on 24.01.2012 reference no is 17435876 but not received till date (01.02.2012). We purchase gas in black who bear this expenses.

Please help us and do needful at earliest.
