We booked for the gas cylinder and unfortunately we went out on the concerned day wen the cylinders was brought... but the same day we went and complaint regarding this to the nearby station two hours later, and the complaint was taken and a word is given to me that the gas cylinder would be sent tomorrow... but rather than sending us the cylinder a complaint was sent to the head office stating that we don't reside in our address and we have shifted our house to some other place... i strongly condemn this action against this gas agency... the consumer number is 2746... the gas agency address is as follows Dhanalakshmi gas agency (Kodungaiyur)...
