Dear CF Team,
ITS THE WORST SERVICE CENTRE HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE.
I gave my Honda Stunner bike for servicing last week on Tuesday. They said the bike will be delivered next day. When i called them next day, their reception said bike is not yet ready. So i personally went to get my bike after 48 hrs i.e. after 2 days on Thursday.
I made a payment of 586 Rs and on receiving my bike i saw it was all broken from back. The tail lamp including the fibre body got broken and cracked. I enquired about their Manager, but they said Manager will be coming on Monday.
(Note: Next day i.e. on Friday, to crosscheck about Manager's whereabouts i just like that called to their reception and the lady said YES MANAGER IS IN THE SHOWROOM!!!)
Monday means today morning i went and met the Manager. He was very rude in behaviour and said they dont have senior Mechanics, so come tomorrow.
I asked for a replacement of bike till they service my bike again but he said its not their fault. Strange and really disgusting.
Its a request to the CF Team to take my complaint forward and take action against This Service centre immediately, to save money and time of common man.
