I have purchased tickets to travel from ahmedabad to bagdogra via delhi from indian airlines. I am a govt. servant availing LTC facility to visit North East region. Indian airlines has issued the tickets from Ahmedabad to Delhi and back under LTC-80 scheme as applicable to govt. employees but tickets for delhi to bagdogra and back are issued under LTC-Q scheme. My employer is of the opinion that LTC-Q fare is not applicable to me. So they asked me to refund the difference of fare between LTC-80 and LTC-Q.It is therefore requested to kindly explain whether LTC-80 and LTC-Q are different. If both schemes are not the same why the Indian airlines are not issuing LTC tickets under LTC-80 scheme?
