I traveled on Lufthansa airlines from Frankfurt to Chennai on 1st Feb On arrival I found that my baggage was missing, The airlines assured me that we would deli ever my baggage in a day or two. They called me on 15th Feb to say that my baggage was found, I received my baggage in a damaged condition and my camera and food items for my kid was missing, I reported the same to the airlines but was told that there was no compensation to be paid. I could like to know if this is the way a passenger is treated.
