Delivery of gas cylinde

My complaint is regarding the Madhavi Gas agency (Indane gas) in Tolichowki Hyderabad.

I am trying to book a cylinder on phone since the past two months, the phone is always either busy or unanswered.

I finally booked it online on 12th July through www.TOMOGAS.com but the gas was not delivered and raised a complaint with tomogas, after a week, went to gas agency to inquire about the delivery, the booking date was showing as 27th july at the gas agency, the distributor ensured that gas will be delivered within 10 days, but still there is no sign of gas delivery as on 14th August more than a month..

This is not only my problem, i saw many people at the gas agency with the same complaint. There is a mobile number provided by the gas agency to address the complaints, the old lady is useless sitting over there, no proper response.

I suspect they are selling the cylinders in black, which is resulting in this.

Please look into this ASAP.
