I have posted a courier on 25-04 to Pune from a dealer of madhur courier service. It was told to me that it will be delievered at the desired address on 28-04. But when i found that by 30-04 it was undelievered then i just made a complain on the telephone number written on the reciept, whose reciept number is 5551907. They assured me that it will be returned to me after 2 days, but till now that is on 21-05 the status of courier is still unknown, on asking them about courier the dealer says that its a fault of the main office and the main office employees says that its a fault of dealer. Please take required measures to solve my problem so that i can have my courier back. Thank You
