Courier not delivered

We had send a courier from Mumbai to Raipur through The Professional Courier (http://www.tpcindia.com/Default.aspx), the details of the courier is as follows

The courier was sent on Jun 28 23:44:23Despatched to RAIPUR

Consignment No. VPL111803888.

Till toady 6th of july there is no news if the courier is found, we even send to check if the courier is found in Raipur office, they said they have not received it yet.

Kindly look into the matter as we have tried our best to get intouch still have not able to source the courier.
