This is regarding the accident happen with our Xylo car on 12th March at Mumbai- Pune expresshe Highway. (Car No- GJ-6 EH 4373)

We had Accident with Mahinda Xylo Vechicle & unfortunately vehicle got completely damaged in front side. After Accident we took the xylo Car to Global Gallaries Workshop in Manpada in Mumbai. (Mahindra Authorised) on 12th March at 8:30 PM, But Global officer refused to take the car initially, as he told us that they don't take any accident claim after 8PM & even we want to keep the Vehicle then give some tips to watchman, After requesting Again and again then they allow us to keep the Accident vehicle in the workshop. But they were not supportive in the crucial time. While the Car purchasing the Dealer push very hard for Car purchasing for the selling the Car but while accident time the dealer don’t support the customer, Why?

Without accident Surveyor Global officer told us that if the Vehicle get considered as total loss by the surveyor, then you need to pay 5000 rupees as estimate charges to us & need to collect the our Accident xylo vehicle next day only otherwise 350 rupees will be charged as demurrage charges to us for every day, but later he told that need to wait for Surveyor Report. As per them, need to replace the Body & Chassis completely. We told them that let the report come & need the reasons for not opening the Airbags. But he has not told the about the Airbag failure root cause. When we went on 14th March then he told us that still the Claim surveyor report has not came to use & for Airbag Malfunctioning need to contact directly Mahindra company only. This was very bad experience with Mahindra dealer which company need to look into seriously for customer & Company benefit.

Question No- 1. -Then without Consulting with Accident surveyor, How the Global Garrage office told us as vehicle is total loss & not guided properly for Vehicle repair?? Till date no clear action plan given by the dealer.

On same day on 12th March we asked about the Air bag malfunctioning during the accident, then he told us that Air bag should open when our Xylo collapsed with Truck & it is Air bag fault & he promised to give the report about the Airbag Malfunctioning after 2 days, But when we went back after two days, then he refused to give us the Report about air bag Malfunctioning & He told us that it is Company look out & need to Contact to Directly to Mahindra & Mahindra. Question no 2- Why the Global officer agreed to give the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident & why then refused to give the Report.

From the Service book we got the Customer care number & we called to customer service (No- 02224931441) to ask about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident, then they have gave another number of Miss Nisha- 02228849560, So we called Miss Nisha on 14th March to enquire about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident. Initially she told that she will give the report in next 2 days, but after two day she gave another number 9935066006 & then got toll free number of 18002096006. Finally they register our complaint about the Airbag & no reply or report till date. Question No-3- Why need to contact so many People for the Complaint registration & need to follow up for report & Still date no report came to us. Why Customer care team was not supported, instead of solving the problem they kept the problem pushing to each other & why still date no response from the team. We have all the evidences about the follow up did with the team.

So Finally we went to the Mahindra & Mahindra Kandeveli office & we meet Mr. Agrawal- DGM- Regional Customer Care, Automotive sector, But he has not give the Clear Report about the Airbag Malfunctioning during the Accident & when we asked about the deadline for the Report, then he has not given any time for us, we also asked about the Time line for the Accident car part availability, then also we have not received any correct Answer from Mr. Agrawal as we need our vehicle urgent basis Question No-4- Why the Mahindra company Office does not respond to the out problem & why are not supporting us to get our repaired vehicle by putting the Press on his dealer.

Mahindra & Mahindra is good Indian Automobile company & we are proud of it, But When Company need to sell the Car it put so many effort to sell the Cars, But Why it does not support the Customer in bad phase such as the Accidents. So we request to you to Please look into the Matter urgently & Solve our problem on the top Priority. We need our vehicle As soon as possible in completely repaired Condition.
